BioXcell InVivoPlus anti-mouse Ly6G 1A8單克隆抗體與小鼠Ly6G反應(yīng)。Ly6G分子量為21-25kDa,是GPI錨定的細(xì)胞表面蛋白Ly-6超家族的成員,在細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)和細(xì)胞粘附中發(fā)揮作用。Ly6G在發(fā)育過程中由骨髓譜系中的細(xì)胞(包括單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、粒細(xì)胞和嗜中性粒細(xì)胞)差異表達(dá)。單核細(xì)胞通常在發(fā)育過程中瞬時(shí)表達(dá)Ly6G,而成熟的粒細(xì)胞和外周嗜中性粒細(xì)胞保持表達(dá),使Ly6G成為這些群體的良好細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物。與BioXcell RB6-8C5抗體不同,1A8抗體與小鼠Ly6G特異性反應(yīng),而與Ly6C沒有交叉反應(yīng)性的報(bào)道。
