Enzo Life Sciences的ROS-ID??ROS/RNS detection kit可用熒光顯微鏡直接實時監(jiān)測活細(xì)胞中活性氧與活性氮(ROS/RNS)的產(chǎn)生。該試劑盒中包含三種檢測探針:NO檢測試劑(紅色,Ex/Em 650/670 nm),用于總ROS檢測的氧化應(yīng)激檢測試劑(綠色,Ex/Em 490/525 nm)和超氧化物檢測試劑(橙色,Ex/Em 550/620 nm)。試劑盒內(nèi)還包括陽性對照,綠膿菌素和L-精氨酸,它們分別是ROS和NO產(chǎn)生的常見誘導(dǎo)劑;陰性對照N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸和c-PTIO則分別是ROS和NO的常見清除劑。通過將三種檢測探針與一組特異性抑制劑、激活劑相結(jié)合,能夠區(qū)分超氧化物、一氧化氮和過氧亞硝酸鹽。
