8-異構前列腺素(8-Isoprostane),別名15-異前列腺素F2t(15-isoprostane F2t)、8-異前列腺素F2α(iPF2α-III,8-epi-prostaglandin F2α, 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α),是一類非酶來源的類二十烷,由氧自由基隨機氧化組織磷脂產(chǎn)生。8-異構前列腺素是氧化損傷的最佳標志物,與冠狀動脈鈣化(CAC)增加有關。此外,8-異構前列腺素水平在重度高血壓老年受試者血漿和高脂飲食引起的肝脂肪變性患者尿液中升高。血管緊張素II受體拮抗劑替米沙坦(高血壓藥物)顯著降低肝臟8-異構前列腺素水平。8-異構前列腺素已被檢測為運動誘導的肌肉損傷生物標志物和用于評估社區(qū)健康的污水生物標志物。
