Fe2+detection by FeRhoNox?-1in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells preincubated with/without Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2(FAS: 100 μM) for 0.5 hrwas incubated with 5 μM of FeRhoNox?-1 for 1 hr.
