AFS98-CP131單克隆抗體是原始AFS98單克隆抗體的重組嵌合型抗體?？勺兘Y(jié)構(gòu)域序列與原始AFS98單克隆抗體相同，但是恒定區(qū)序列已經(jīng)從大鼠IgG2a變到小鼠IgG2a。AFS98-CP131單克隆抗體像原始大鼠IgG2a抗體一樣，不包含F(xiàn)c突變。

AFS98-CP131單克隆抗體能與小鼠集落刺激因子1受體(CSF1R)，也稱為巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子受體(M-CSFR)，即CD115反應(yīng)。CSF1R是一種單程I型膜蛋白，是血小板衍生生長因子受體家族的成員。在小鼠中，CSF1R由單核細(xì)胞/巨噬細(xì)胞、腹膜滲出物細(xì)胞、漿細(xì)胞樣和常規(guī)樹突細(xì)胞以及破骨細(xì)胞表達(dá)。CSF1R是CSF1的受體，CSF1通過CSF1R調(diào)節(jié)單核細(xì)胞譜系中細(xì)胞的增殖和分化。據(jù)報道，AFS98單克隆抗體可在體內(nèi)deplete巨噬細(xì)胞并阻斷CSFR1。
